Willkommen bei Checkd. Indem du ein Konto erstellst oder unsere App nutzt, stimmst du diesen Nutzungsbedingungen zu.
Du musst mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein, um Checkd nutzen zu dürfen. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Konten von Nutzern unter 16 Jahren zu löschen.
Du stimmst zu, Checkd nicht für folgende Zwecke zu nutzen:
Wenn du eincheckst, sind dein Name, Profilfoto und der Venue-Name für andere Checkd-Nutzer sichtbar. Check-ins laufen automatisch nach 4 Stunden ab.
Mit dem Hochladen eines Profilfotos gewährst du Checkd eine nicht-exklusive Lizenz zur Anzeige innerhalb der App. Du behältst das Eigentum an deinen Inhalten. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Inhalte zu entfernen, die gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen.
Du kannst andere Nutzer jederzeit melden und blockieren. Wir prüfen Meldungen und können Konten bei Verstößen entfernen.
Checkd wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Wir garantieren nicht, dass die App jederzeit verfügbar oder fehlerfrei ist.
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig haften Checkd und seine Betreiber nicht für mittelbare oder Folgeschäden aus der Nutzung der App.
Wir können dein Konto bei Verstößen gegen diese Bedingungen sperren oder löschen. Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit selbst löschen.
Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren. Über wesentliche Änderungen informieren wir dich über die App.
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

Welcome to Checkd. By creating an account or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Checkd. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 16.
You agree not to use Checkd to:
When you check in, your name, profile photo, and venue name will be visible to other Checkd users. Check-ins automatically expire after 4 hours.
By uploading a profile photo, you grant Checkd a non-exclusive license to display it within the app. You retain ownership of your content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
You can report and block other users at any time. We review reports and may remove accounts that violate these Terms.
Checkd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability or freedom from errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Checkd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
